My zipper sticks on the window/door

If this happens, make sure
that the zipper is not getting caught in the fabric. After that lubricate the zipper slider and teeth with a light silicone based lubricant

I broke a strap and I'm deep in the woods
|
As a temporary measure, tie the strap that has broken into a knot with its broken
counterpart. To replace the strap, see the spare parts page

The shock cord on one of poles broke
|
Shock cords run from end
to end through the poles. By removing the end caps to the poles, as a temporary measure you could retie the broken cord shorter. After that you can purchase new cord at a nearby outdoors shop or order a new pole. See the spare parts page

My tent has a stain on the fabric
|
Stains will usually not effect
your tents performance. If you can't stand the stain attempt to remove it with a damp cloth and a very, very mild detergent
|
|
Water is coming in my tent door
|
Wind blown rain can enter the tent if it hits the tent at an improper angle. Make sure when
setting up your tent to park your truck facing the wind or rain

The rubber came off of my rubber coated hook
|
If you want to fix this yourself, or add to the rubber coating on your hook, go to a
hardware store and buy a "vinyl dip" for tool handles. Another option is to see the spare parts page
