Terms and Conditions:

Delivery Time:
Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Some items may be temporarily out of stock, but are part of the standard manufacturing rotation.  These items will be shipped within 2 weeks. We will advise you of the expected ship date.

In offering the complete catalog, some items are rarely ordered. These items must be specifically scheduled into the manufacturing process. These items may require 4 weeks before shipping. We will advise you of the expected ship date.

If any ship date does not meet your expectations, we offer our apologies and will cancel your order.

Acceptance of Goods:
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. Verify that the complete order was received and that every component within each kit was included.  Also, check for defective parts. If any items are missing or are defective, email customerservice@trucksandcars.com and we will resolve the problem.

Returns:
ANY RETURN MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED. This is for your protection as any item returned must have the proper documentation.  Otherwise, Murphy's Law dictates that we will lose all record of your return and will be unable to refund your money.

If you need to return a product, email customerservice@trucksandcars.com stating the part number of the item(s) being returned and the reason for returning them.

We will respond with an address to return the product. The return authorization code will be part of the address.

Once we have recieved the product and it is in saleable condition, we will refund your purchase price plus the shipping cost for standard ground delivery rates.
